So we all suffer from anxiety at any stage of our life. at this time we need someone with whom we can share our trauma and those people will give us another trauma (in most cases they are toxic) and the cycle goes on
so to overcome anxiety just start anything you love like writing, drawing, gardening (don't go for long drives because at that time you're in mental trauma so not safe to drive), or do any indoor activity. This will reduce stress.
According to science, the feeling is just a temporary hormonal imbalance and this will directly impact your mental health. This will be overcome by doing physical activity. 30 min walk per day will help you to increase the blood circulation in your body and will activate your thinking neurons.
so just start walking. it is beneficial to walk in green grass, this will reduce blood pressure and anger.
Another factor responsible for self-doubt is ignorance by the people you love most. We often meet strangers on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat and talk to them and most people share their tensions with those strangers. for a couple of times, they will listen to you but you should take pause and think " is he/she able to understand your actual situation? the answer is obviously no. They also waste their time by making you their entertainment source. Be aware of these people, and don't trust anyone on the internet, they are not how they show off (don't forget the case of Delhi where the guy posted a girl's empowerment post on social media and killed one girl in 34 pieces). So just stop to give importance to those people and give the time to yourself. This will help you to become more confident and happy.
In this technological era, there is the concept of deep fake, in layman's words, anything you watch on the internet is not true, it is artificially created by the technology (the manipulated images, fake videos, auto-generated context), and stop comparing yourself with others. There is no concept of the ideal same situation for everyone, In this world, each person has their own situation and their brain will take the decision accordingly. So try to understand yourself first.
Decision-making in this condition is another challenging task, we usually depend upon others' views when we are unable to think because of stress. This will result in failure.
Failure is your big fan, it expects more from you (as we expect Messi to win the WorldCup!). So give it rewards, don't just fail but make efforts to make things better, and do Hard work. You should be kind to yourself and give yourself one more chance.
Remember every day is a new beginning and you are having the ability to help people. Give more than asked!

Tip: Make a habit of going into the garden in the evening. no matter how difficult your exam is on the next day, how much you re busy but take a time of 30 mins and go outside in nature...
