Cravings for fastfood?
same here.....
but you know what I observed?
after eating fast food like samosa, vada pav, maggie, pizza, and other cooked and packed fast food, do you observe any change in your body? Everyone knows its impact on skin and cholesterol. Also, It will directly impact your mood, It might lead to laziness in completing the task and this will be converted into anger, and in the long term, an inactive lifestyle leads to disease.
that's how your food is an important factor in your success
Tip: Make your diet plan and try to cook by yourself... Take this as a responsibility.. "cooking teaches us patience"
Let's talk about diet
try to eat in every 3 to 4 hours intervals. Skipping meals can also cause your metabolism to slow down, which can cause weight gain or make it harder to lose weight.
Add some fruits in evening snacks, corn, popcorn, bhel (avoid chevda), half dish poha, veg sandwich (wheat bread), mix fruit dish with sprouts, peanuts, etc.
Make your diet plan and avoid unhealthy meals
If you still have cravings for junk foods, do replace that food with a healthy one(This trick I used in my hostel days)
